Just a quick message to say that I am still breathing, Tom Cruise is a
fruit cake (a lucky one, but a cake nonetheless), and that Cosatu are a
bunch of idiots sometimes. There, a whole sweep of broad, baseless
claims, with no supporting evidence.

Well, what can I say about this rather remarkable movie? Set in pre-unified China, the story recounts the plot of an assasin known only as Nameless (Jet Li) in his quest to slay the emperor of the time. Via a series of flashbacks, the story unfolds as Nameless recounts his battles [...]

I’ll be the first to admit that I do not know much about the running of parliment. I must admit, however, that I found it utterly amusing this morning as I watched the Chief Whip of the DA get shouted down by the madam speaker for asking Jacob Zuma about his intentions. She went insofar [...]

I’m not entirely sure how I should take this news. They say that it will reduce call costs as the network providers will reduce their inflated call prices that they use to recompensate the ‘free’ cell phones they provide.
Well, I guess that would be a positive. Does that mean that the after the 100 free [...]

Well, thankfully, this day is heading rapidly towards an end. It has been a somewhat disgusting day that I wouldn’t wish to repeat again. On the upside, the courts of South Africa did something positive, they foung Shabir Sheik guilty and handed him a proper sentence: 15 years. He was actually sentenced on all three [...]
